Roken is verboden binnen het complex van de Zeelandhallen
Het is ten strengste verboden om consumptiemiddelen mee naar binnen te nemen. Denk hierbij aan etenswaar, blikjes (fris)drank, alcohol, etc.
Drugs is ten strengste verboden.
Het is verboden om artikelen bij u te dragen die anderen schade kunnen veroorzaken.
U kunt aan de ingang gecontroleerd worden op het bezit van verboden middelen en artikelen.
Entreebandjes dienen stevig om de pols bevestigd te worden. U dient tevens mee te werken met de controle hierop.
Aanwijzingen van ons personeel dienen te allen tijde opgevolgd te worden.
Kijk voordat u uw plaats betreedt waar de dichtstbijzijnde nooduitgang zich bevindt.
Wij adviseren u om tijdens het evenement gehoorbescherming te dragen.
U dient alle consumptiemiddelen met munten te betalen. Deze kunt u kopen aan de muntenkassa.
Er wordt geen alcohol verkocht aan personen onder de 18 jaar. U dient zich te kunnen legitimeren. NIX18!
Het is toegestaan om foto- en filmmateriaal te maken. De rechten hiervan zijn altijd voorbehouden aan Stichting Motorsport Zeeland.
U kunt tijdens het evenement gefotografeerd of gefilmd worden. Deze beelden kunnen ter promotie verspreid worden op (sociale) media kanalen.
Voor uw en onze veiligheid maken wij gebruik van surveillancecamera's. Deze camera's zullen gedurende het evenement constant gemonitord worden door een centralist.
In de Westerscheldehal is een vaste EHBO post aanwezig.
Huisdieren dienen te allen tijde goed aangelijnd te zijn.
House Rules:
Smoking is prohibited within the Zeelandhallen complex.
Bringing in outside consumables—such as food, cans of soft drinks, alcohol, etc.—is strictly prohibited.
Drugs are strictly prohibited.
Carrying items that could cause harm to others is prohibited.
You may be checked at the entrance for the possession of prohibited substances or items.
Admission wristbands must be securely fastened around the wrist. You must also cooperate with checks regarding this.
Instructions given by our staff must be followed at all times.
Before taking your seat or entering the area, please locate the nearest emergency exit.
We recommend wearing hearing protection during the event.
All consumables must be paid for using tokens. These can be purchased at the token sales point.
Alcohol is not sold to persons under the age of 18. You must be able to provide proof of age. NIX18!
Taking photos and videos is permitted; however, all rights to this material remain the property of Stichting Motorsport Zeeland.
You may be photographed or filmed during the event. These images may be distributed on (social) media channels for promotional purposes.
For your safety and ours, we use surveillance cameras. These cameras are constantly monitored by a security operator during the event.
A permanent first aid station is located in the Westerscheldehal.
Pets must be kept on a leash at all times.

Les consignes données par notre personnel doivent être respectées à tout moment.
Avant de prendre place ou d'entrer dans la zone, veuillez repérer la sortie de secours la plus proche.
Nous recommandons le port d'une protection auditive pendant l'événement.
Tous les achats (boissons, nourriture) doivent être réglés au moyen de jetons. Ceux-ci sont en vente au point dédié.
L'alcool n'est pas vendu aux personnes de moins de 18 ans. Vous devez être en mesure de prouver votre âge. NIX18 !
Il est permis de prendre des photos et des vidéos ; toutefois, tous les droits relatifs à ces contenus restent la propriété de Stichting Motorsport Zeeland.
Vous êtes susceptible d'être photographié ou filmé pendant l'événement. Ces images pourront être diffusées sur les réseaux sociaux ou autres canaux médiatiques à des fins promotionnelles.
Pour votre sécurité et la nôtre, nous utilisons des caméras de surveillance. Celles-ci sont surveillées en permanence par un agent de sécurité durant l'événement.
Un poste de premiers secours permanent est situé dans le Westerscheldehal.
Les animaux de compagnie doivent être tenus en laisse en permanence.
